Als jullie eens willen weten wat de top 10 van de beste films zijn, volgens een aantal invloedrijke filmmakers en acteurs in Hollywood, dan is hier een interessant lijstje die is samengesteld uit verschillende interviews en verslagen op het net. Het is eens leuk om te zien welke films het werk van bepaalde regisseurs hebben geïnspireerd. Wat meteen opvalt naast de klassieke films, is dat er weinig recente films worden benoemd. Let wel, filmlijsten wijzigen snel. De top 10 lijst van Quentin had een jaar geleden nog films zoals Assault on Precinct 13 (1976), Chungking Express, Iron Monkey, Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (1982), Switchblade Sisters. Maar dat hangt uiteraard ook af van het genre magazine bij wie je het interview aflegt.
